Supplier purchase orders and print shop stock reservations are generated in one click. Reached threshold alert messages can easily be set up for any item.
When an estimate becomes a confirmed order, the software allows users to reserve (and to order if necessary) the required paper. Users have access to stock levels before confirming or updating quantity or stock. The reservation will be taken into account during any subsequent inventory changes (stock in, stock out, received invoice…).
