'Front Office' is the Sales Management module of PC-Topp. It is designed for a fast and easy order entry and real time integration with PC-Topp.NET.

‘Front Office’ integrates a Cost Estimating and Pricing Engine specifically designed for the corrugated industry with the advantage of issuing quotations and creating corresponding articles within seconds.

Functionalities

Sales Order – record many different lines of sales orders within a few seconds (stock and production orders)

Cost Estimating Engine – calculate taking into consideration the full spectrum of the enterprise’s economical settings in order to provide an accurate pricing (machines, production, raw materials, shipping costs, …)

Pricing and Quotation Management – Pricing is calculated based on the cost estimation, customer’s pricing policy and additional rates per nature of goods

Article Management – track the workflow across different departments and help the Engineering & Design Department in charge of creating and validating articles

Customer Management – Contacts are recorded with all needed information (pricing policy, sales margins, group of companies details, accounting data, particular comments, …)

Delivery Notes and Invoicing – May edit a delivery note and immediately generate an invoice. Invoices are created manually or automatically depending on customer specific consolidation rules.
